Jia Fan is a doctoral candidate in Marketing at Georgia State University. She has been working at the CEBCEM, GSU for the past five years while doing her PhD study. Her general research interest is Dynamic Customer Relationship Management and Customer Information Management. Her recent projects focus on how firms can better learn their customers for long-term profitability from various sources of data. Her previous papers include marketing-mix allocation for P&G and retail pricing and competition effects.
